License
Unless otherwise stated, LFG Labs owns the intellectual property rights for all material in Chroni and Convertify. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access these apps for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from Chroni or Convertify
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Chroni or Convertify
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Chroni or Convertify
- Redistribute content from Chroni or Convertify
Local Processing
Chroni and Convertify operate entirely on your local device. No data is transmitted to external servers for processing.
Content Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any content that you create or process using our apps. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that arise from your use of the apps.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our apps and the use of these applications.
As long as the apps and their services are provided, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from:
- Any errors or omissions in any content
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our apps
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our apps
